1.Application for Admission:
The students seeking admission into +2 1st year Arts and Science and +3 1st year arts shall apply in prescribed CAF through e-admission notified by DHE Odisha from time to time after publication of results of qualifying examinations.

2.How to get application Forms :
Application forms and prospectus can be available from any SAMS centers.

3.How to Apply:
College copy must accompany the following documents

• Application form duly filled in
• Attested copies of C.L.C. / S.L.C.
• Attested copies of Mark sheets and certificates (From H.S.C. on wards)
• Self addressed stamped envelope
• Requisite fees as mentioned in the form
• Attested copy of conduct certificate
• Attested copy of caste certificate for SC/ST

 

4.Original documents required for admission:

• 3 copies of passport size recent photograph signed on the front by the candidate and duly attested
• Caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidates from competent authority
• Original copies of (i) S.L.C., (ii) Mark sheet, (iii) Conduct Certificate
• Migration certificate in original to be produced within one month from the date of admission.

 

5.Affiliation:
The college is affiliated to Rama Devi University,Bubaneswar and C.H.S.E. Odisha in +2.

Hons. (Course Structure) 

There are 6 semesters in three year degree course.Each year have two semesters.One student can opt for one subject as Honours from the following subjects :

3.English         (16 seats)            6. Odia (16 seats)                                9. Sanskrit              (32 seats )

Admission of Hons. Subject
Selection of Hons. subjects is purely on merit basis as prescribed Guidelines by DHE (O) from time to time.

Elective
Four subjects are to be offered out of the following groups

C.+2 Science (128 Seats)
Compulsory subjects - English, M.I.L.(O) / Sanskrit / Hindi / Alt. English., Environmental Science , Yoga
Elective Subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology. 

7.Authority of Admission
The Principal is the final authority of admission. He can refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason thereof. Admission to the College is never a right of any student. Merit and conduct of a candidate is the prime factor for admission.
